Many of us grew up with brothers, so are aware of how pesky they can be. It didn’t matter what you were doing either. In no time, they could find a way to have you screaming “Moooooom!”

Who can blame them though – it’s kind of in a brother’s job description to mess with his siblings, right?

Two young girls got to experience first-hand just how frustrating a brother can be.

However, they didn’t actually know their little brother was being a pest until after they watched a video and realized he had stolen their spotlight!

It all started when the pair of sisters decided to practice a cheer dance together in their living room. They asked their mom to record it so they could evaluate themselves afterward.

With huge smiles on their faces, the girls begin by posing with silver pom-poms in their hands. They had requested their brother cue up the music, which is why he can be seen in the background turning it on.

Simply looking at the older sister’s eye-roll you can tell she’s already annoyed by her brother. Oh, but just you wait, girl!

Fitz and the Tantrums’ “HandClap” song comes booming through the speakers sending the girls into action. As they start to cheer, their brother starts to dance too.

The boy goes to town busting out some pretty sweet moves without their knowledge. It’s near impossible to keep your eyes on the real performers as the kid “dabs,” plays an imaginary trumpet, and of course, throws in some jumping jacks.

Every show has a highlight, and this performance has one as well. Mom could barely keep a straight face watching her son’s “hand clap” move.

After the song’s famous, “I can make your hands clap” lyrics, the boy would turn and play his butt like a bongo. Now that’s how you wow a crowd!

In the video below, the sisters put a lot of effort into their cheer trying to get it down right.

Surely they would have been happy with the results if it hadn’t of been for the lime-green distraction in the background.

Ironically, the boy’s wearing a t-shirt that says, “No Risk, No Reward.” Very true, kid. Let’s just say that it’s because of his little videobomb prank that their performance has been viewed more than 4.4 million times online!

Eventually, the little cheerleaders discovered that their brother had been dancing in the background the entire time.

According to mom though, it wasn’t until they actually watched the recorded footage that they realized the truth.

Naturally, they weren’t too thrilled about it. Surely they chased him around the house a bit and huffed and puffed – but again, it’s what helped make their video go viral!

Kim Kramer explained in the video description:

“My daughters had me videotape them practicing their cheer dance so they could watch it and critique themselves. They had absolutely no clue that their brother was stealing the show in the background! They were not to happy when they ended up watching the video! (But their brother sure does have some dance moves!) It took all I had not to bust out laughing while videoing!!”
